Our story .

Mission

Free Africa Peace network is for peace, social change, equality, equity, revitalization of culture, climate change, and inclusion of social development and integration of underprivileged communities in Kenya and in the Horn of Africa region. Our mission is to provide consulting services, training and organizational strategic interventions in the following areas: Organizational Capacity Assessment Development; Governance; Humanitarian Research (Baselines, Mid lines and End line Evaluation) Resource Mobilization, Gender Audits, Diplomacy and Etiquette trainings, Career Development, Youth engagement, Civic Education, Employable Skills; Professional staff development, Conflict resolution, Peace building and Humanitarian Intervention studies.

FREE AFRICA PEACE NETWORK (FAPN) has been operating as a FREE AFRICA
AID CBO registered in Kapsowar – Marakwet West. (Certificate no. 31779). It
was upgraded to an an International NGO in May 2023. FAPN that draws
together global and local expertise in the key thematic areas of community
development, communication skills, capacity building, diplomacy, conflict
resolution, peace building, climate change adaptation, land and water
management, mentorship, knowledge transfer, decent jobs creation, civic
education and adult literacy. FAPN was formed ostensibly to give back to the
society through the accumulation of knowledge and global experiences

Vision

We see an empowered, resilient and transformed pastoral livelihood. Our advocacy is aimed at breaking the vicious loss of lives due to conflicts and dangerous circle of poverty and social isolation and to restore all the tenets of a positive society which include peace and hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to peace and unfettered access resources and opportunities order to live and develop with dignity and to have the opportunity of becoming an active member of our society irrespective of their socio-economic or political background.
